Mr. Alexander Drozdkov worked in the NIS Fund since it was founded in 1994.
The fund became Baring Vostok after a merger in 1997, where Mr. Drozdkov has been managing projects in the forestry, mining, oil and gas, and transportation sectors.
Previously, from 1992 to 1994, Alexander Drozdkov worked at the Russian Bank for Project Financing (a subsidiary of the EBRD) as an investment specialist.
From 1986 until 1992 he worked in the Department of Project Financing and Joint Enterprise at the USSR’s Vnseheconombank, where he focused on investment credit.
In 1991, Alexander completed a year-long internship at the UK investment bank Morgan Grenfell.
