Andrew E. Dinniman

Andrew E.
Dinniman is a Director of Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency.
He was a Member of the Chester County Historical Society, the Green Valleys Association, French and Pickering Land Trust, Buck and Doe Land Trust, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), the Brandywine Valley Association, Chester County Historic Preservation Network, and the Chester County Trade Council.
He was a Member of Downingtown Area School District from 1975 to 1979, the Democratic National Committee (DNC Service Corp.) from 1984 to 1989, the West Whiteland Minicipal Authority from 1990 to 1991, and the Pennsylvania State Transportation Advisory Committee from 1992 to 1995.
He was Chairman of the Chester County Democratic Committee from 1979 to 1985.
Mr. Dinniman received a BA degree from the University of Connecticut in 1966, an MA degree from the University of Maryland in 1969, and EdD from the Pennsylvania State University in 1978.
