Finnish Cultural Foundation is a prudent, long-term manager which aims to establish long-term positions in order to guarantee a steady cash flow from investments. The Board of Trustees administers the Foundation’s assets. The Finance Committee, elected by the Board from among its members, meets regularly and makes investment decisions. The Foundation makes investment decisions based on an investment policy which sets out how their capital should be invested across different types of securities. The funds used for the Foundation’s grants come from dividends, interest and similar sources of revenues. They reinvest capital gains.
