Mr. Benson Li, CPA CA, is a Principal of Business Services at Roadmap Capital, Inc. Mr. Li was previously employed as a Director at OMERS Private Equity, Inc. Prior to OMERS Capital Partners, he worked in the investment banking group of RBC Capital Markets.
During that time, he was actively involved in a wide range of corporate advisory assignments, including merger, acquisition, divestiture, valuation, restructuring and unsolicited bid mandates for a wide spectrum of industry sectors.
Previously, Mr. Li worked in the Corporate Tax Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he performed various engagements involving structuring of Canadian based and cross-border companies.
Mr. Li has a Bachelor of Mathematics (Honours Chartered Accountancy Program) and a Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo.
He is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant.
