Previously, Mr. Busch spent two years as an Associate at GTCR Golder, Rauner, a Chicago-based LBO/private equity fund with more than $6 billion under management.
Prior to GTCR, he worked as an Analyst in the investment banking department of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., where he focused on high yield and leveraged finance transactions.
Mr. Busch holds a BBA with distinction from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
