Before ORIX, Franklin created financial models for assessing performance of a sovereign debt portfolio at a United Nations agency based in Rome, Italy.
He began his career at Morgan Guaranty Trust Co. in New York, where he was a Vice President in Corporate Finance.
Franklin received his M.Sc.
in Decision Sciences at the University of Westminster, London, and his B.A. from the University of Virginia.
