Gary A. Watson

Mr. Watson has been our Vice President--International since January 2005.
From June 2001 to January 2005, he was our Vice President--Canadian Operations.
He was our General Manager--Latin American Operations from February 1998 to June 2001 and General Manager--Vintage Oil Argentina, Inc. from August 1995 to February 1998.
From March 1987 to July 1995, he was employed by Santa Fe Minerals where he held various engineering and management positions serving most recently as Manager of Project Development.
From August 1985 to January 1987, he was employed by Williams Exploration Company as an engineer, with assignments in operations and reservoir engineering.
From September 1984 to July 1985, he was Bank Representative in the Energy Group of Texas Commerce Bank.
From May 1979 to August 1984, he was employed by Texaco, Inc. as an engineer in the New Orleans Division.
He has a B.S.
Degree in Chemical Engineering (Petroleum Option) from the University of Pittsburgh.
