Goldberg is a Managing Director & Partner at Saugatuck Capital, Inc. Prior to joining Saugatuck on September 2, 2008, Mr. Goldberg spent five years as the Founder and Managing Partner of Arch Investment Management, LLC investing in public and private debt and equity.
Prior to Arch, he was recruited as President to lead the growth of GT3, Inc., a venture-backed technology company.
Mr. Goldberg held several senior positions at Priceline.com including VP of Operations at the company’s inception and Founder and Product Manager of the company’s Hotel and B2B products.
Earlier in his career, he held positions at Deloitte Consulting’s Restructuring Services Group and as an Analyst at Prudential Investment Group.
Mr. Goldberg is the Chairman of Exocor Ltd. and currently serves as a Director of Tulip Molded Plastics Corporation and innRoad Inc. Mr. Goldberg previously served as a Director of American Pipe and Plastics, and Floor & Decor Outlets of America, Inc. Mr. Goldberg graduated with a BA in Philosophy from Colgate University and an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
Mr. Goldberg is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
