Dr. Munsinger joined RCT in 1987.
From 1984 to 1986, he was the Senior VP of Research Corp.
From 1962 until 1983, he served the University of Arizona in a variety of roles.
Prior to leaving the University he was the Senior Vice President for Resources.
Dr. Munsinger received his PhD and MBA from The University of Arkansas.
He received his BS from the Kansas State College at Pittsburgh.
