Prior to Octagon, he was a founding partner of UBS Capital Americas, LLC, a middle market private equity firm managing in excess of US$2 billion with offices in New York, Buenos Aires and Sao Paolo.
Prior to UBS Capital, he worked in the acquisition finance departments at Citibank, N.A. and Manufacturers Hanover Trust.

in Finance, and International Management from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
