Ambassador to the DiplomaticConference on the Revision of the Paris Convention from 1982 to 1985 and asChairman of the General Assembly of the United Nations World IntellectualProperty Organization from 1983 to 1985.
He is also a former Deputy GeneralCounsel of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (1976 to 1981).
Mr.Mossinghoff received an electrical engineering degree from St. Louis Universityin 1957 and a juris doctor degree with honors from the George Washington
