Profile
Hugh studied Chemistry at Bristol University before starting with the Boots Company as a buyer.
He went on to do an MSc at the London Business School and joined 3i in 1982.
He ran a number of offices in the South-East before taking charge of the London team in 1994.
Latterly, as a director in the buy out business in London, he developed new ways of working with top industrial talent to source and complete a number of high profile transactions.
Hugh has played the céllo from a young age and is a keen DIY man.
