Thompson is a Senior Analyst at Service Equity Management LLC.
He joined Service Equity Management in 2000.
Mr. Thompson was previously employed as a Managing Director of SAMCO Capital Markets, Inc., where he participated in over 30 merger and acquisition transactions involving community banks and bank holding companies.
Since 2002, he has completed over 75 engagements valuing privately-held stock of commercial banks and bank holding companies in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana for trusts, estate planning, Subchapter S Corporation conversions, merger & acquisition transactions and holding company formations.
Prior to that, he was an Associate Relationship Manager with Frost Bank in Fort Worth, in commercial banking and credit analysis.
Mr. Thompson graduated in 1998 with a BBA degree in Finance from Texas Christian University.
He also holds Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses and is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
