Nichol, CFA MBA, is a Chief Investment Officer at Stratos Investment Management LLC.

He has been in the investment industry since 1992, including 19 with Federated Hermes Inc. where he had been both a securities analyst, senior portfolio manager, and Growth & Income Group Head.
He is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics and received his MBA from The Ohio State University.
