Mayfield is President and Chief Executive Officer of NTech Industries, Inc. and a Member of California Agricultural and General Business Family.
Mayfield is a Director and Vice Chairman of North Coast Region, California Regional Water Quality Control Board and Deputy Director of the State of California Department of Conservation.
He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Patchen Division for NTech.
Mr. Mayfield is Chairman of the Board of Mayfield Equipment Co. Previously, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rainbow Agricultural Services, Ukiah, California and President and Principal Stockholder of Microphor, Inc. Mr. Mayfield was Vice President and Manager of Mendo Mill and Lumber Co. and Manager of International Wood Products Corp.
He was Chairman of the North Coast Regional Commission for the California Coastal Commission and a Member and Chairman of the Mendocino County, California, Board of Supervisors.
Mr. Mayfield was Chairman of the Executive Committee, Sonoma County Manufacturing Group, Small Business Committee, Natural Resources Committee, California Chamber of Commerce, Society of American Foresters, Millview Water District, Forest Land Owners; Executive Board of Directors, Sonoma and Mendocino Council of Boy Scouts and a Member of the Republican Central Committee, Mendocino County, California.
Mr. Mayfield received a BS degree in Business from Humboldt State University, Arcata, California.
