Prior to joining Lucas Capital Management in 2002, Ms. Gouveia worked at Lipper Analytical Services in 1992 where she began her financial career, providing mutual fund research and performance analysis to some of the world's largest news sources.
After eight years at Lipper, she spent two years in operations at a successful local investment manager.
Ms. Gouveia graduated from Rutgers School of Business with a BSc in Management and a minor in Economics in 1991.
She serves as Comptroller and Chief Compliance Officer for the Lucas funds.
