Prior to joining Compass Group, Katie served as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Communications at Aegion Corporation, and was integral in efforts to successfully take the company private in a +$1 billion transaction in May 2021.
She brings broad industry knowledge and best practices from multiple sectors focused in the St. Louis area, including prior roles at Edgewell Personal Care, Peabody Energy and Anheuser-Busch.
Katie earned her MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and is a CPA in the State of Missouri (inactive license).
