Dr. Kerstin Grosch is a researcher in the behavioral economics group, Insight Austria, at the IHS.
She specializes in behavioral and experimental studies and is particularly experienced in designing, conducting, and analyzing lab-in-the-field experiments.
Her research examines how individual preferences and personality traits can explain behavior under different incentives in compliance and labor market outcomes such as occupational choice or collegiality at the workplace.

in economics from Dresden (Germany).
During 2014 and 2017, she mastered her Ph.D.
in behavioral economics at the University of Göttingen (Germany).
In this period, she received funding from the German Research Foundation (DFG) and carried out two extensive lab-in-the-field studies in Ghana.
After obtaining her Ph.D., she took up a follow-up position as a post-doctoral researcher in Göttingen.
