Marc Schütt has been with Capvis since 2019.
Prior to joining Capvis, Marc worked as Senior Legal Director at Dana in Zug, Switzerland, where he was responsible for the legal affairs of all European operations and the Off-Highway Business Unit globally.
Prior to that, Marc was with Latham & Watkins in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, focusing on Private Equity and M&A. Marc is General Counsel of Capvis.
He oversees all of Capvis’ legal affairs and supports Capvis’ portfolio companies in legal matters.
Marc serves on the board of Felss and is a Non-Executive Director of the Fund’s companies in Luxembourg.
Marc is a German qualified attorney and holds a Master’s degree in Law and Economics from the University of Jena, Germany.
