Michael Schlesinger

Mr. Michael Schlesinger is Vice President of Asset Management at Latitude Management Real Estate Investors, Inc. Prior to joining Latitude, Mr. Schlesinger was Vice President of Asset Management at Hackman Capital Partners overseeing a portion of its 16 million square foot portfolio.
He was responsible for property operations, dispositions, financing, loan workouts, construction management and investor reporting.
Prior to Hackman Capital, Mr. Schlesinger spent five years at Millennium Realty Investors, where he was responsible for the acquisition and asset management of its $85 million industrial and multifamily portfolio.
Prior to his post at Millennium Realty Investors, Mr. Schlesinger worked at Cushman & Wakefield as an Investment Sales Broker concentrating on the disposition of multifamily assets with a total value of $130 million.
He began his career in the Business Assurance (Audit) Group at Coopers & Lybrand (now Pricewaterhouse Coopers).
Mr. Schlesinger is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and earned a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
