Mr. Lipetz is a Co-founder of Argoquest since early 1997.
He is an active member of the Board of Directors in many of Argoquest’s portfolio companies, exercising his expertise in overseeing administrative and corporate finance matters.
A former graduate of one of IDF’s elite commando units, Mr. Lipetz had previously founded Lipaz Trading, a leading Israeli-based company specializing in the marketing and importing of electronic components and consumer goods.
In 1993 Lipaz Trading, which was acquired, went public on the Tel-Aviv stock exchange.
On top of his business activities, Mr. Lipetz is an active community member.
He is a council member in the Savyon local municipality, in charge of Finance, Education and Quality of the Environment.
He is a member in the board of trustees in different friendly societies, which are mainly focused on community contribution in education, war against drugs and assisting youth in distress.
