Ms. Scinto joined RBC Global Asset Management, formerly Voyageur Asset Management, Inc., in 1999.
Prior to that, she was with Chicago Trust Company, where she managed institutional accounts and was co-manager of the five-star Alleghany/Chicago Growth and Income Fund.
She has been in the investment management business since 1984 in positions that have included personal trust, equity trader, senior equity analyst and portfolio manager.
Ms. Scinto received a BA from Governors State University and an MBA from DePaul University.
