Mr. Moon is a Non-Executive Director of Northern Arc Investments Pvt.
Ltd. He was formerly with Leapfrog Investments, leading their investor relations, co-investments and strategic partnerships globally.
During his stint with Leapfrog, he oversaw the raising of LeapFrog’s record-breaking and oversubscribed USD744 million third fund, its USD 400 million oversubscribed second fund, and its USD350 million separate account with Prudential Inc. He also supported international capital raising for portfolio company Northern Arc Capital (formerly IFMR Capital) – one of India’s largest credit platforms – and led a multi-LP co-investment in Reliance Capital, Indonesia’s leading diversified financial services company.
In more than 15 years of private equity and business-building experience, he has raised more than $2 billion of institutional capital across a series of successful funds.
Prior to Leapfrog, he was director of strategy and communications at the FW Group, the UK’s largest SME focused fund manager, where he was head of new business ventures and investor relations and co-founded FW Capital, the Group’s growth private equity arm.
