Mr. Grossman is a Managing Director of FG Management.
From 1984 to 1987, Mr. Grossman practiced law in New York, specializing in structured business transactions.
In 1987, Mr. Grossman joined Mr. Fogerty at Shearson Lehman Brothers where he was responsible for the business unit’s risk control systems, back office operations and structured transactions.
In 1990, Mr. Grossman went to Morgan Stanley with Mr. Fogerty, where he continued to maintain primary responsibility for the group’s risk management systems and structured transactions worldwide.
He also oversaw the group’s investment portfolio across a broad spectrum of emerging markets, both for Morgan Stanley's proprietary account and for two investor funds.
In 1993, Mr. Grossman established Centaur International Corporation with Mr. Fogerty and they together formed FG Management Company in 2000.
Mr. Grossman received his B.A., with honors, from McGill University in 1979 and his J.D.
cum laude from Cornell University School of Law in 1983.
