Peter Kinkaide, CFA, is a Vice President with MNP Corporate Finance Inc. in Calgary.
He helps private, mid-market clients maximize value through financing or divestiture transactions and has completed over $100 million in projects.
Peter leads transactions from outset to completion by ensuring that details are scrutinized and the big picture is never lost.
He combines carefully created project plans with the flexibility to act as opportunities arise, always maximizing value to the client.
Since joining the firm, Peter has worked on a multitude of finance and consulting projects for a range of clients, including equity and debt financings, divesting owner-managed businesses, economic development analysis, strategic plans, and valuations.
He spent a year in London, UK, working with an MNP affiliate, leading transactions overseas.
Peter graduated with distinction from the University of Alberta with a major in finance.
He earned the chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2006.
