Richard M.
Fink has been a Director of G&K Services, Inc. since 1968 and Chairman of Board of Directors since 1981.
He joined G&K Services, Inc. in 1964.
He was President of G&K Services, Inc. from 1970 to 1993 and Chief Executive Officer from 1993 to January 1997.
He is Past Chairman of the Uniform and Textile Services Association "UTSA" and former Director of the Textile Rental Services Association "TRSA".
He holds a degree from the University of Minnesota and Oxford University in the United Kingdom.
He announced that he will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors of G&K Services, Inc. at the annual shareholders' meeting currently scheduled for November 10, 2005.
