Prior to joinging ING Investment Management in 2003, Mr. Kinsey was with ING Funds where he was a senior fixed income portfolio manager.
Prior to joining ING Funds in 1999, he managed total return fixed income portfolios for Federated Investors, Harris Investment Management, and First City in Houston.
He began his career as a fixed income analyst for Criterion Funds and as an account executive at Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co.
He earned a B.A. from Stanford and M.B.A. from UCLA.
