Ms. Copper joined AIM in 1992 as an investment officer and research analyst for long-term and short-term municipal securities, and was promoted to her current position in 1997.
She began her career in the investment industry in 1985 as a municipal bond trader with American Capital Asset Management, then served as a financial analyst with St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital.
A native of New Orleans, Ms. Copper received a B.B.A. in marketing with a minor in finance from Southeastern Louisiana University and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of St. Thomas.
She belongs to the National Federation of Municipal Analysts, a professional organization.
