Graduated in Electronic Engineering at the Polytechnic of Milan, he obtained a Master cum laude in Business Administration at Bocconi University.
After working at Pirelli and Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance, he began his activity in Private Equity at SO.PA.F.
Subsequently he was Director and member of the Business Development Board of Bridgepoint, one of the major international Private Equity operators.
He was then among the promoters and member of the Management Board of Management & Capitali, listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, the first listed investment company focused on turnarounds and special situations, with an endowment of €550 million.
He is a Founding Partner and CEO of Arcadia SGR.
