Mr. Wilson is a Founder and Director of RAK Real Estate Ltd, a London listed company on behalf of prominent Kuwaiti family.
He is also a Co-Founder of Octavian Growth Partners Limited, a highly successful offshore alternative investment manager in the Bahamas.
Previously, Mr. Wilson was Managing Partner of Churchill Merchant Capital and before that spent several years in corporate finance working for Raymond James Financial - a major North American full service investment bank - as well as for a large family holding company.
Over the course of his career he successfully managed principal investments in mining, pharmaceutical, industrial, infrastructure, financial services and service businesses.
Mr. Wilson currently sits on a number of corporate and charitable boards and was educated at the University of Toronto.
