TEV is an active, long-term manager which focuses primarily on companies that are active in the internet sector (mobile, E-Commerce, services, marketplace, lead generation, content, games and SaaS). Their geographic focus is on Europe and North America. Their core markets are Germany, Poland, France, the US and the UK. The firm participates in founding and co-founding companies, acting as a co-investor or lead investor in early-stage investments and mainly co-invests in round A or B investments. TEV typically takes minority shares in their investee companies, actively partnering with them to support their strategy, distribution, team, human resources, financing and to provide access to their network of experts. They usually take a more passive role when they co-invest.
