Steven Diebenow

Prior to joining Rock Creek, Mr. Diebenow served as the Chief of Staff for Jacksonville Mayor John Peyton.
In this capacity he directed the day-to-day operation of the mayor's office and served as the mayor's primary counselor.
Previously, as Mayor Peyton’s Chief of Policy, Mr. Diebenow helped form and implement the mayor’s agenda at the local, state, and federal levels.
Before joining Mayor Peyton, Mr. Diebenow was a partner at Rogers, Towers, Bailey, Jones & Gay where he practiced land use, zoning, and environmental law.
Mr. Diebenow was a member of United States Senator Bob Graham's legislative staff in Washington, D.C., after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctorate (with honors) from the University of Florida College of Law.
