Wachs is a Partner & Chief Investment Officer at Legacy CG LLC.
He is also the Chief Compliance Officer of the firm.
In these roles, he oversees all components of the firm’s investment advisory function.
This includes portfolio creation, investment manager due diligence, ongoing portfolio management and compliance with SEC rules and regulations.
He is responsible for guiding the Firm’s investment planning philosophy, process, resources and deliverables.
He also works with clients and takes pride in relieving their stress of managing personal wealth and making complex investment decisions.
He has worked for over 29 years in the financial planning and investment advisory profession.
Mr. Wachs received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of South Dakota and his MBA from the University of Dallas.
He also received his ertified Financial Planner certification from the College for Financial Planning in 1990 and is currently a member of the Financial Planning Association.
