Mastholm Asset Management LLC
Mastholm Asset Management LLC Investment ManagersFinance Mastholm Asset Management employs a bottom-up approach to invest in international growth companies of all market-caps. They use an open-architecture Bloomberg database to track over 28,000 companies worldwide from which they seek to identify companies with improving trends in earnings and/or revenues. They look specifically for companies with clear accounting and confirmed real earnings acceleration. They also look for stocks with earnings surprise and a range of analysts' expectations. Companies should have a stock price that is below the historical average range and a trading volume that meets the firm's liquidity guidelines. Companies that meet these criteria are then subjected to fundamental analysis that seeks to identify catalysts that drive earnings not fully discounted by the market. Their portfolios typically hold 70 to 90 stocks diversified across country, sector and industries. About 50% of a portfolio's asset are held in small- and mid-cap stocks. Investments are generally made in 25 to 35 countries with no more than 20% of the asset being invested in emerging markets. | Founder | - |
