Mr. Terry M.
McCaffrey is a Chief Executive Officer & Chairman at Optimum Investment Advisors LLC.

Prior to joining Optimum, Mr. McCaffrey was President and CEO of LaSalle Financial Services, the brokerage and insurance arm of LaSalle Bank Corporation.
Prior to that role, he served as Group Head of Wealth Management Business at LaSalle Bank.
He is also Chairman of the Board of Metropolitan Family Services, a 150 year old Social Services Agency serving over 55,000 families throughout the Chicago area with programs supporting Early Childhood, Employment, Legal Aid and Family Service counseling.
He earned a BS in Economics from Northern Illinois University, 1983.
