Mr. Flynn joined Tandem in 2000 and Stanfield in 2001.
Prior to joining Stanfield, he directed Morgan Stanley's global banking and finance analyst team from 1995 to 2001 which was ranked number one globally by Institutional Investor Magazine in 2001.
He retired from Morgan Stanley in July 2001.
Mr. Flynn joined Morgan Stanley in 1985 as an analyst covering domestic and foreign financial institutions.
From 1981 to 1985 he served in the Financial Institutions Division at the Irving Trust Company in New York City.
From 1979 to 1981 he was a commercial lending officer with Southeast Bank in Florida.
He began his banking career in 1976 with Bank South in Atlanta, Georgia.
Mr. Flynn received a B.S./B.A. in 1973 from Georgetown University and a M.B.A. from Babson College in 1975.
