Mr. Thomas B. Hammond is an Index Fund Manager at Legal & General Investment Management Ltd. He joined LGIM in February 2000 initially as an Investment Reporting Analyst and then as a Fund Accountant.
Mr. Hammond attained the Investment Management Certificate in July 2002 and joined the Index Funds team in November 2005 as an Assistant Manager (Index Funds).
He was promoted to Fund Manager (Index Funds) in September 2008.
He is responsible for the management of a number of international equity index and smart beta portfolios.
Mr. Hammond began his career in the pensions industry with General Accident and then National Mutual Life He holds the Investment Management Certificate and is a member of the FTSE Asia Pacific Regional Committee.
