Vladimir Sergeevich Lisin is Chairman at Novolipetsk Steel. Dr. Lisin is also on the board of World Steel Association and Russkaya Stal and President of European Shooting Confederation, Professor at The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy & Public, Chairman-Metals & Mining Commission at The Russian Union of Industrialists & Entrepreneurs and Member-Culture & Olympic Education Commission at International Olympic Committee. Vladimir Sergeevich Lisin previously occupied the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Karaganda Steel Plant and Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Ispat-Karmet Steel Works. Dr. Lisin received an undergraduate degree from Siberian Metallurgical Institute, an undergraduate degree from All-Union Academy of Foreign Trade and an undergraduate degree from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy & Public.
