Wan Lai

Mr. Wan Lai is a Co-Chairman at Public Financial Holdings Ltd., an Independent Non-Executive Chairman at Public Bank Bhd., an Associate at Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers, an Independent Non-Executive Co-Chairman at Public Bank (Hong Kong) Ltd., an Independent Non-Executive Director at Public Finance Ltd. and a Member at Institute of Bankers Malaysia. He is on the Board of Directors at Public Bank (L) Ltd. and Public Finance Ltd. Mr. Lai was previously employed as a Chief Executive Officer by PacificMas Bhd. and a Deputy Manager-Internal Audit Department by Bank Negara Malaysia. He also served on the board at Public Islamic Bank Bhd. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Malaya.
