Aptitude Software Group plc (LSE:APTD) provided Update on Strategic Review, including Formal Sale Process. As previously announced, the Board has initiated a Strategic Review, including a formal sale process, supported by a number of major shareholders, to maximise value for shareholders and stakeholders, recognising that further resources are required to accelerate Fynapse's opportunity in the emerging Finance ERP market. The Strategic Review is therefore considering a range of options.
