DNB Carnegie has raised its fair value range for digital signage firm Vertiseit to SEK 61–80, up from the previous SEK 53–75, following the acquisition of CMS provider Scala.
The research firm believes the deal significantly strengthens Vertiseit's market position, establishing the company as the European market leader in digital signage software.
The acquisition is expected to contribute substantially to both revenue and EBITDA growth and was executed at what DNB Carnegie considers an attractive valuation. The analysts also see potential to transition Scala's licensing model toward increased SaaS revenues.
