The Fund is an index-tracking passively managed fund.The sub-fund seeks to replicate (with a maximum tracking error* of 1%) the performance of the BNP Paribas Quality Europe ESG (NTR) index (Bloomberg: BNPIFEQE index) (the Index) by investing in shares issued by companies included in the index, respecting the Index's weightings (full replication), or by investing in a substitute basket, composed of, inter alia, shares of companies, debt securities or cash (synthetic replication).When investing in a basket of securities called substitute basket the performance is swapped with the performance of the index, generating counterparty risk.The Index is composed of shares of European companies selected on the basis of profitable business models and good financial health, while taking into account an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria (reduction of carbon emission, human capital, corporate governance etc.).
