Aayan Leasing and Investment Company KSCP is a Kuwait-based company engaged in financial investments, property trading, investment properties, and leasing operations. It operates through four business segments which include the Islamic Financing segment, the Operating Leases segment, the Real Estate and Asset Management segment and the Proprietary Investment Management segment. The Islamic Financing segment offers Sharia-compliant financial products to both corporate and individual clients. The Operating Leases segment focuses on leasing vehicles and equipment to its customers. The Real Estate and Asset Management segment is responsible for buying, selling, and investing in real estate, as well as managing investment funds. The Proprietary Investment Management segment handles the Company’s own investments in securities, provides financing to clients, and manages liquidity. Its subsidiaries include East Gate Real Estate Company WLL, Jahraa mall and among others.
