Albena AD is a Bulgaria-based company that is engaged in the tourism industry. The Company operates several resorts, located at the Black Sea, including the resort complex Albena, which has various hotels, vacation villages, soccer fields, tennis fields, SPA centers and a number of restaurants, and the vacation village of Primorsko. Albena AD operates a number of subsidiaries and affiliated companies, such as: Byalata laguna AD (the White Laguna), Ekoplod EOOD, Tihiya kat AD, Albena tur EAD (Albena tour AD), MTs Medika Albena EOOD, Eco Agro AD, Ekostroy AD, Primorsko klub EAD, and Interskay AD, among others. The Company has also a Switzerland-based Hotel des Masques, which provides transportation, medical care, balneology, building and tour operation services and a Romania-based Visit Bulgaria EOOD. The Company’s major shareholder is Albena Invest-Holding AD with a stake of 20.58%.
