Altay Resources AO, formerly Aman Munai Exploration AO, is a Kazakhstan-based company. The Company is primarily engaged in the industry of oil exploration and extraction, also being a holding company. Altay Resources AO carries out exploration and development of Akzhar East onshore oil field, located in the Bayganin district of the Aktobe region in Kazakhstan. The Company focuses on extraction of hydrocarbons and the expansion of production capacity in the region of East Asia. It uses geological and geophysical methods to optimize utilization of recourses. In addition to oil extraction, Altay Recources AO, through affiliates and subsidiaries, is engaged in development of field infrastructure, providing sustainability of its operations as well as an entire supply chain of crude oil in Kazakhstan and East Asia.
