Aminex PLC is an upstream oil and gas company. The Company is engaged in the exploration, appraisal, development, and production of oil and gas assets, reserves, and resources. The Company's segments include Producing Oil and Gas Properties, Exploration Activities, and Oilfield Services. Its asset portfolio includes Ruvuma PSA, Kiliwani North Development Licence (KNDL), and Nyuni Area PSA. Ruvuma PSA comprises two exploration licenses, such as Mtwara and Lindi. The Company, through Ndovu Resources, holds an operating participating interest of 63.83% in KNDL. The Companyâ€™s wholly owned subsidiaries include Aminex Petroleum Services Limited, Tanzoil N.L., and Ndovu Resources Limited.
