Cims SA is a Brazil-based company engaged in the energy sector. The Company's object is to participate in the share capital of other companies, which operate directly or indirectly in the energy sector, including thermal and hydroelectric power generation, transmission of electricity, marketing of energy, distribution of electricity, co-generation of electric power and operation of small hydroelectric plants. The Company can participate in other companies as partner, shareholder, consortium or through other forms of investment, such as subscription or purchase of debentures, warrants and participation certificates. As of May 31, 2012, Fundo de Investimento em Part PCP held a 54.97% stake in the Company. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had no operating activities.
