Dalat Real Estate Joint Stock Company (Dalat - Realco) is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the construction industry. It constructs civil, irrigation, traffic, industrial infrastructures, as well as electric power projects of up to 35 kilovolts (kV). It also trades real estate and offers houses, apartments and offices for lease. The Company is involved in the mining of stones, along with the manufacture and trading of construction materials, such as concrete products. In addition, it provides blueprinting, engineering, architectural consulting, supervision and quality checking services for such construction projects. Other activities include the operations of hotels and restaurants and the offering of real estate brokerage services.
