Eversafe Rubber Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company engaged in the manufacturing and sale of rubber-based tire retread products and the provision of related services. The Company, through its subsidiaries: Eversafe Rubber Works Sdn. Bhd., Eversafe Trading Sdn. Bhd., Eversafe Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and Jiaxing YongAn Rubber Co., Ltd. engage in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of tire retreading materials. Its subsidiary, Olympic Retreads (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Supreme Good International Limited conduct tire retreading operations. The tire retreading materials manufactured by the Company include masterbatch, pre-cured tread liners, camelbacks, cushion gums, repair ropes, sidewall veneers, and orbitreads. Its products are sold in more than 24 countries, spanning across Asia, Australia and Oceania, Africa, the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East, mainly to tire retreaders and rubber material traders in local and international markets.
