Gooddays Holdings Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the information technology (IT) and real estate businesses. The Company operates through two segments. The IT segment provides system development and IT related service. The segment includes three kinds of businesses. The financial business is engaged in the contract development of payment systems and support for the introduction of in-house core systems at leasing companies. The distribution and retail business develops point-of-sale (POS) systems and store systems for mass retailers, department stores and specialty stores. The service business is engaged in the sale of hardware and software, as well as the configuration and maintenance of server environments and terminals. The Living segment is engaged in renovation work, plans for utilizing idle real estate, operation of goodroom, a customer attraction media, and goodoffice, a lifestyle residences, work lounges and shared office.
